Check in / check out
The hotel reception is located at Hoge der A 4, Groningen, and is open Monday till Thursday from 10AM-9PM, Friday and Saturday from 8AM-9PM and Sunday from 9AM-6PM.
An emergency contact number is available outside of these hours. Check-in begins at 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can securely store your luggage at the reception.
Parking: Groningen’s traffic and one-way streets can be a bit tricky, so we recommend reserving parking in advance via My Way. Save yourself up to 20 minutes by heading straight to our parking garage instead of the reception – it’s the faster, smoother option!
Check-out is at 11:00, but if you’d like to check out later, this can be arranged based on availability.
